Blue Cube Strategic is organized into two major Practice Areas: Management Consulting and Technology Management. Our two Practices operate both independently and collectively in delivering a full range of services to our clients.
Blue Cube Strategic's Management Consulting Practice includes clients across a broad spectrum of industries and provides services to support business development, marketing, operations and IT consulting requirements. Our consulting and advisory services include Market and Business Analysis, Business Development Strategies, Information Management Services and Security Strategy Planning and Policy. Our approach to management consulting represents a life-cycle perspective that revolves around three phases: Identification, Design and Implementation.
In the Identification phase, we assess our clients' current business requirements and competitive landscape, and identify opportunities for growth. In the Design phase, we can evaluate and design detailed implementation and capture plans for solutions with the most potential. In the Implementation phase, we will help our clients manage or outsource the launch of their initiatives.
There are three dimensions to Blue Cube Strategic's Technology Management Practice:
1. We utilize proprietary technology tools and methodologies in designing and delivering our management consulting services to increase performance and productivity for ourselves and our clients.
2. We provide management consulting services for high-technology clients to successfully bring technology solutions and products to market.
3. We recommend, design and implement technology solutions for end-user organizations.
Our specific areas of technology expertise include Information Technology Infrastructure, Information Security and Privacy, Telecommunications and Networks, and Software Development and Prototyping.
FHelen Hammond
Ms. Hammond has over twenty-five years experience in IT consulting, business development, and marketing and sales for both the private and public sectors. Her principal areas of specialization are in telecommunications, and information security and privacy. Since 1988, Ms. Hammond has been working primarily in the field of information and network security, with particular emphasis on security requirements and solutions for the telecommunications, eCommerce, financial services, healthcare, and government markets. Her professional background has included senior management and consulting positions with the Hewlett-Packard Company, Kroll Associates, Deloitte & Touche, Motorola, US West/Qwest, Sprint, Fairchild Semiconductor, SRI International, and AT&T. Ms. Hammond also served as President and Managing Partner of TAG International, Inc. a Telecommunications management and consulting company.
Ms. Hammond has published several telecommunications studies, and has made various security and risk management presentations to both industry and government.
Ms. Hammond holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Pace University, and a BA in the Physical Sciences from Russell Sage College.
